I've started to get the first signs of CTS and would like to keep it at that. My right hand gets a little cold and numb sometimes.. with some pain every once in awhile. My hands still have nearly full strength and all but I want to keep it. I've started taking a Vitamin B-Complex and more Calcium every day. Well, I was wondering what other herbs/vitamins I could take that might help. Also has Chiroprators helped anyone?
