I am a 23 year old female and the last couple of days my ring finger on my left hand has started to spasm throughout the day and night, keeping me up. A very weird feeling that I can't control or stop and is visable which bothers me even more! My hands are always cold and clammy but this is scary. I will be going to the doctors soon but was curious in the meantime. I work as a web developer so I can't avoid a computer but I am paranoid that this is more serious like MS. Anyone with info please e-mail me!
