:Check some of my messages below on Active Release Therapy. It is a traditional therapy used by sports Dr's for tennis elbow, etc. In my area some chiropractors know how to do the technique. In short: it is a type of massage that gets the myofascia surrounding the muscles moving again. That is what is causing the pain. Please check out my messages below and see if someone in your area does this technique. You DO NOT need surgery. Good luck. Jackie I've gone for a yr (OCT '99) w/ diagnosis of tennis elbow, golfers elbow, tendenitis and now carpal tunnel syn and surgery recommended. ALL because of the PAIN in my elbow/forearm/upperarm..... Do I get 2nd opinion? Or go for the wrist being cut & nerve being cut to repair the pain in my elbow????
