If it's caused by RSS Repetative Stress Syndrome, vitamins will not help. I take C every day to ward off respiratory ailments, and I tried taking B-Complex when I first heard it might help CTS. Neither has helped.
: I agree Tony. Look like they only tell us when it's to late. However for those that have it and considering sugery, MSM and Vitamin C will do wonders for them right now!! The waiting period is three or four days - and about 95% GONE. I know of cases with CTS,Tennis elbow Syndrome and the new one 'tarsal tunnel syndrome as well.Try this now and get rid of the problem...
