I have already had surgeries on both hands for carpal tunnel syndrome. Worker's Compensation has
approved everything and they have been very helpful.
My employer has filed a protest to the tests and their attorney has sent a list of Interrogatories and
and total body medical release forms for me to return to them. I've been told that I only have to give them information
about my hands. What should I do or not do now with these papers?
Two attorneys I have spoken with only want to take the case if they get a percentage of partial disability award.
Now what do I do? I just wanted them to pay for the surgeries.
