I do hand stretches and exercises, sleep with hand braces on, even had to give up playing guitar. THAT hurt. No, the vitamins will not work, but if you have the luxury of backing off the use of your hands, which in my case is at work, the exercises will work. I don't have that luxury. They even sent me for a test which turned up negative, so they don't listen to me when I tell them my hands hurt and I can't key orders faster. Yes, that leads to lawsuits.
: Yes, it does help. But you have to continually do stretches of every muscle in the hand and arm, too.
: We can't use one set of muscles and ligamnets over and over and not expect others to shorten.
: I have this problem, but effectively keep mobility and pain in control through treating my wrist, arm and hand just like any other stress injury should be treated.
