Whoever said that stretching is wrong is out of their mind. Stretching is the root of preventing all physical injuries. Stretching helps 'STRETCH' the ligaments/tendons/muscles to give the ulnar nerve 'SPACE' to function efficiently and properly. I have Carpal TS, and my symptoms have subsidied from info of several, benevolent doctors and sites. Log on to www.orthohelp.com/exercts.htm. This is the only site that will descriptively with pictures show you how to relieve it by stretching. Also, read up on 'Body-Builing' magazines. They are usually the authority for new supplements that come out to better one's self. There are natural supplements that help you recover from joint injuries such as carpal tunnel. Ask a 'muscle buff'; he/she should give some insights... GOOD LUCK!
