use those ergonomic supports available for the mouse..just a soft pad to supports ur wrist..it works for me, i've been using that for my CTS of almost one year..its getting better

I have an ergomouse but no wrist pad right now.. it just gets sore and shit and shooting pains.. I stop with the mouse and the pain stops. Should I get a new desk for home also.. and ergonomic one?
