When I was in my thirties I was a tattoo artist and my problems got so bad I thought I would never even get to draw holding a pencil. A friend of mine cut hair and told me to trytaking the vitamin b's. So I started eating spirulina, which is full of all of the vitamin b's and protein. With in a few weeks I felt much better and after 6 weeks no more brace, and I went back to work for another 6-7 years, without any problems. I still take spirulina everymorning and I never have any more problems.
I'm sure there are many other natural alternatives to surgery. You are so young and you should be able to recover easier using natural methods. I'll help you look for some if you want.
