I just started working 2 months ago. I am an engineer and web designer. I am starting to get pain on top part of my right wrist. and it gets worse as I continue to use the mouse. Since its mostly design work, I use the mouse continously without stopping. Can this be the start of CT? My hands don't feel numb or anything, is just pain and a lot of cracking on the top side of my wrist. Are there any exercices I could do to strenghten my wrist or aleviate the pain.??
Please help??
