Hi ! My name is Beth and I have'nt been officially diagnosed yet but I'm sure I have CTS. I've been living with this for 10 years. Most of the time it's pretty quiet with occasional flair- ups. I'm in a bad flair-up now and I finally made an appt. with a surgeon. Today is the first time-after researching on the internet- that I realize my shoulder/neck and elbow pain are probabally related to the CTS. Has anybody had any sucess with the alternate treatments with advanced CTS? My appts. next week and I like to have this info before I see the surgeon. Thanks
