I have been suffering since 1997. I have a mild form in both wrists. My biggest trouble is night time, or holding a phone and sometimes writing to any extent. I have tried all sorts of wrist gadgets and they prove so uncomfortable at night, they only aggrevate the problem. My mother had it on one wrist and wore her brace for a year,. It went away and she never has had any trouble. I do the hand dipping in wax and have gone through tests and therapy. I would like to know if there is anything on the market that is comfortable to sleep in. I've spent so much money on braces, and feel that if I could go one year with a proper brace at night it might work. This syndrome was brought on after I spent two weeks straight stripping my daughters furniture. Then 2 days later this pain and it has never left. Seems so strange that this brought it on. I never had any sign of trouble before. Please advice. Thank you.
