Stacey, I have just been diagnosed with carpel tunnel (along with tendonitis). I chose to see a chiropractor for my condition. Upon getting X rays for my neck I found that most of the nerves that lead to my arms are pinched by the bones in my neck and that is what has been causing me problems. I have gotten 3 adjustments so far and they have definitely helped. It is however, a healing process that takes time. My symptoms have gotten a bit better with each visit though. If you do not have a chiropractor in mind already, I suggest you look for one who practices Contact Reflex Analysis. It is a system of transforming human energy or electricity into information from different reflex points on your body. They don't prescribe any medications. Any prescriptions are in the form of whole food vitamins.
