My son, whos 15, had complained of numb arms for over a year when we took him to the Dr. He went to a chiropractor for about 3 months and did get some relief, but the Dr wasnt happy with the results . He went for test to confirm he has CTS pretty bad . They said one hand is past the splint idea, so we are heading to a hand Dr next. I never thought a kid of 15 could have this as he doesnt spend much time on the computer , but does raise cattle and works alot with combing them and shoveling in the barn. He wants the surgery now as he is sick of no strength in his hands and he plays sports too so he has to be able to feel his hands. My sister had the surgery and was very happy with it . Why are so many people against the surgery ? Thanks Donna
