I have had the surgery......and would do it again if need be.......the relief is almost instant....i woke up from surgery and no more pain (expect for surgery) and haven't had any trouble since..... that has been almost a year now......i was supposed to have it done in the other hand but quit my job to move......that is how bad i had it........i am a cake decorater by profession
