: Back in 1998 i suffered a wrist fracture and in 1999 I was told I had CTS. For three days now i started feeling tingling and numbness is the last three fingers of the other hand down to the palm. Could cts spread like this if there was no trama to the other hand
Hi Dianne no i don't believe carpal tunnel can go from one arm to the other....it sounds to me like you have a problem with the ulnar nerve in that arm...since a say your last three fingers and palm are numb and tingling....the ulnar nerve sends sensations to those fingers and the palm....go see a doctor right away...because you don't want to let it go...that is how mine started with the numbness in the fingers and palm...within four months i was having surgery...i had cubital tunnel which is entrapment of the ulnar nerve in the elbow...hope i could be of some help...please feel free to e-mail me if you have any more questions....LUV2Whales@juno.com....good luck to you...bye now diane
