: It doesn't make sense to me to take pain killers and anti-inflammatories which only mask the symptoms of CTS, and then end up back at the doctor's with worse symptoms than what you started with. At that point the doctor recommends surgery. Is it any wonder? Doctor's make a lot of money doing surgery.
: Wouldn't it be better to treat your condition in the beginning rather than letting your nerve become so compressed that your suffer permanent damage? At that point carpal release surgery will definitely get rid of the burning pain, but what will it do for you as far as having normal use of your wrist?
: I developed carpal tunnel syndrome a year and a half ago and treated myself with antioxidants and after four weeks of taking a heavy dose my symptoms subsided.
: Consider taking antioxidants before your condition worsens to the point of burning pain.

: Joyce
