yesterday i had golf tryouts. after wards and still today from my wrist to my elbow and including them i have had bad pain in that arm. moving my forearm hurts there and in my wrist and in my elbow. it is not constant pain but it is sore but when i do different things it can be real painful. anyone know what i did?
