is this carpal tunnel?

hi , i'm a 22 yr old female. i have had pain since i was 16. it started as a feeling like my wrist was popping out of place and it would gradually snap back in. i have had xrays by the hundreds and it never actually ppops out but the pain is the same.since then i have stiffness,swelling,joint pain, and still the continued popping out of place feeling constanly.i have just recently started having pain and numbness and a painful tingly feeling in the underside of my hand i have this in both of my wrists and hands. also my right wrist is the worse of the two plus my elbow seems to get stuck and hurts too. when i use my hands they ache and hurt. if i don't do much with them they are sometimes a little better for a day or so. if i brush my hair or just have my wrist and hand resting by my side they sometimes pop out of place. i have been seeing doctors about this since i was 16 and they are still not sure what is wrong with me. i have had a
bonescan, an arthrigram and numerous xrays. i have had to cut back my hours at work. i'm at the point where i don't know what to do if anyone has any suggestions please email me
