Check chiropractors in your area that may know Active Release Therapy for Carpal Tunnel. Also check the net. Lots of info on Active Release Therapy and maybe Dr. referrals. It's non-surgical relief for CTS. About 90-95% effective. (for me anyway. ) Take B100's. and a good multi-vitamin. Have your thyroid checked. Can add to carpal tunnel and can come on during menopause. Try and get a referral to an endocrinologist. They know thyroid and hormones the best. It's their job. Check the thyroid board on this site for some excellent info on thyroid. Good luck.
: My carpal tunnel has gotten so much worse as I begin the hot flashes, is there any correlation? Would hormone replacement help both. It is harder and harder to sleep at night
