Has anybody tried MSM for carpal tunnel? It is some kind of a sulphur and is sold in the health food stores, usually by the arthritis relieving types of products. Did you use the cream or the tablets? The sales clerk was telling me about it, and I was wondering if it really works, or if she was just trying to sell the product. Other things I am doing have helped somewhat, but I seem to need more. I have been diagnosed with ct by a neurologist using an emg. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.
