:Try and find a chiropractor (some of them do it where I come from) or massage therapist who does Active Release Therapy. Cured me in 4 visits. It's a type of massage. (simplifcation) Lots of information on it on the net now. When I went searching this time last year hardly anything. Also I have heard that mega doses of Vitamin B6 does wonders. 250 mg a day. I wouldn't do this without Dr. opinion. I do take now B100's. Has all the B vitamins including B6. Seems to help. . Have seen some ads for something called Soft Tissue Release (www.stuarttaws.com. I haven't checked this site out yet so don't know what it involves. I'm not advertising for them just passing on information) which could be the similar to Active Release THerapy. Hope this helps. Jackie
Have tried cortisone shots, oral meds, pain meds, and splint with no relief. Need feedback from anyone who has had success with other alternatives. Not really wanting to try surgery as I have heard it doesn't really work.
: Pain and numbness is so severe, would like to just cut off my hand.
: Please help with any advice.
