Purchase the arm braces at a drug store or department store... make sure they are the firm ones.. have her use them at night. During the day, make sure if she is on the typewriter/comp. that she uses the cushioned wrist pads.. there are some exercises too she can do... but most of all.. take a brake from repeditious movements..now and then.. I would advise to use some sort of wrist braces at work.. if she is doing repeditious work... who cares what they look like...save on the pain and future problems.
