::Try and find a chiropractor (some of them do it where I come from) or massage therapist who does Active Release
Therapy. Cured me in 4 visits. It's a type of massage. (simplifcation) Lots of information on it on the net now. When I
went searching this time last year hardly anything. Also I have heard that mega doses of Vitamin B6 does wonders. 250
mg a day. I wouldn't do this without Dr. opinion. I do take now B100's. Has all the B vitamins including B6. Seems to
help. . Have seen some ads for something called Soft Tissue Release (www.stuarttaws.com. I haven't checked this site
out yet so don't know what it involves. I'm not advertising for them just passing on information) which could be the similar
to Active Release THerapy. Hope this helps. Jackie

Hi Jackie, I would like to know more about the kind of chiropractic treatment or massages you got. I am thinking about seeing a chiropractor
for wrist pain. Any additional information will be very helpful.

Yasmin
