Sorry no address for the A.R.T. Just search. I just got lucky that I have a chiropractor who knew of it and took the course. ( Ever tried GOOGLE for a search engine? It's great.) As for the food-- low thyroid can cause carpal tunnel also and that can sometimes be caused by vitamin deficiency. (Selenium deficiency) Too much soy, and kelp is also not good for thyroid. Maybe have your thyroid checked too. Then you get into a whole new ball of wax getting treated for that. Great thyroid board here. J
: Thanks for the information; if you have list of URL addresses for the active release treatment that would help. Went to the URL for the taws treatment and emailed them for info. Sounds like it may work. In the mean time I will try the vitamin therapy. Have you heard if there are certain foods that cause flares with this problem? Was told by a friend that I needed to stop eating certain things that causes more problems, but she wasn't sure what, just knew that this type of problem is often aggrevated by certain things, not just over use of the hand.
