I think I have read somewhere about a thyroid and parkinson link. Low thyroid can cause carpal tunnel. Your husband should be tested for low thyroid. Go to the thyroid board here and arm yourself with lots of information on thyroid before you go to the Dr. Most of them haven't a clue about thyroid. Check my messages below about Active Release Therapy for Carpal Tunnel. . J
: I am looking for any info concerning the relationship between Parkinson's and carpal tunnel. My husband is in his 40s and has had PD for 8 years. His pain in his arm is increasing. He was diagnosed with carpal tunnel 3 years ago and was determined to have a moderate case. Please let me know if you can give me some of your insight. Thanks.
