: My 13 year old daughter has some sort of injury in her hip area.
: It most likely happened while she was at Grandma's while we were on vacation. She can't tell us what
: hurts and where, but now holds her left leg differently, and cries when we touch in this area.

: All doctors (pediatrician and orthopedic dr.) have come up with nothing. We were looking for some
: sort of strain or fracture, but so far, all we have is frustration.

: Can anyone help with some clues???

: You could try to get a x-ray of both hips to see if her hip is dislocated. Kids with CP can pop their hips out easily with spasticity. This hurts. I know, I have CP too. Hope that she feels better fast!
