I have a sister-in-law who is 35 years of age with severe cerebal palsy. We are trying to get assistance for her special needs. She lives in Jacksonvile, Florida, with her brother. Feeding herself is about all she is capable of doing. She is not involved in any programs and spends all of her time confined home. If you know of things we may be capable of getting her involved in please share? We do not have funds to provide for special services. She is currently withdrawn because her mom died Christmas of 98. Her mom had been caring for her since birth. We need to get a hospital bed and some outside activities for her to participate in.
