I work in Early intervention, and I am an occupational Therapist. I would highly recommend you request your physician to refer you to EI. In the state of Massachusetts a parent can refer their own child. Check with your local state regulations.
In Massachusetts it is an entitlement program up until the age of Three if they sreen in with delays.
