Please advise I have custody of my three year old nephew with mild cp. His praternal grandparents do not think there is anything wrong with him and except to have overnite visits with him when they have not seen him in over a year. Will this be in any way traumatic to his mental well being, we don't think he is going to understand being away from us. How does cp effect the mind, how do I make this little boy understand?
