HI....

I HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD SON WITH MILD/MODERATE CEREBRAL PALSEY (SPASTIC DIPLESIA). He uses a walker to get around and is also starting to use forarm crutches. He is handsome, charming and has many friends at his Elementary school. He has always been very easy going and pleasant. A joy to be around and very loving. Over the past 6 months he has become much more demanding and becoming very upset when he doesn't get his way. He cries several times a day when he can't do what he wants (although hardly ever at school. He does not get his way by crying at home, however, continues to do it. Is this just a stage or could it be frustration finally coming out because of the CP and being disappointed because there are some things that do not come easily for him. If any other Mom's or Dads have had similar problems or have any advise, please post your advise. My Son comes from a very loving and supportive home and we are confused by the increasing volume of his emotional upsets.
