: I am considering botox injections for my 8 yr old daughter who has spastic quadraplegia, for her arms to help with dressing her. The doctor says she will give her the treatment but that it won't work! I would like to hear from people that have had both positive and negative experiences of this treatment.
: Thanks.

My dayghter had botox injections in each of her hamstrings when she was 4. They worked great! The doctor told me that she would probably have to have them repeated every 6 months, but to this day, she is 7, she has never had any more injections. I would stay on your doctor about it.And check out all your options. This treatment may not be for your child.
