My son had botox shots when he was 5. He has spastic diplegia. He went from
only being able to stand up and take a step or two to being able to take about 7 to 10 steps..
He had physical therapy and has not stopped walking since. It was painful for him but he was only
sore for a day or so. I hope this helps you.
