My son (without cp) also swallowed his first baby tooth at age 6 during lunch at school and the only concern the teacher had was that he didn't have something to put under the pillow- so she wrote a note to the tooth fairy. My daughter has cp so I understand the extra concerns we have our precious children. Avery
