Hello. I am looking for information on Static Encephalopathy (mild). I have a four year old son who was recently diagnosed with this condition. I have been searching the internet and the library and have been unable to locate any materials. If anyone knows of websites or materials that will help me understand his diagnose I would greatly appreciate the information. Thank you.
