Can anyone please help me find any information on oxygen therapy with regard to treatment of my one year old son who had brain atrophy due to lack of oxygen at birth and is now blind and is suffering from some rare form of seizure and he is being treated with phenobarbitol which doesnt work and is supposedly a terminal condition.
