I am a 19 year old mom of a two month old baby girl. Until today i was convinced my girl was perfectly healthy. Her grandmother had mentioned the possibility of cp with her because she was unusually stiff at her age. Apparnetly she had mentioned this to her doctor and he said that it could b a sign of cp. I read stacy"s letter which discusses the fact that her baby, Ashliegh was "stiff and her hands and legs were constantly moving." This sounds exactly like my little angel and it scares me. Also, everyone seems to be discussing the pregnancy and if there were any complications. I was 2 weeks overdue and had contractions for 6 days before the doctor finally induced me. She was born without any further complications 6 hours later. I was just wondering if any parents of children with cp could tell me if these are the kind of complications i should b concerned about.
