Hi, I will be 35 next month, I have a mild case of CP,I have never been worried about this until now. I have noticed that when I happen to fall down, I don't get up as fast as I used to. Also I am sore for days afterwards.
I am falling more often then I used to and I have been having sharp sometime dale pains that go no further then my knee. This pain does stop me from walking until it goes away.
I have been walking on the treadmill 2x a day for over a year to try and help myself.
Nothing is changing.
I am wondering if this is due to me getting older. I have been thinking of talking to a doctor about this, however I wonder if I do that if he or she will think I am a nut, because from what I read this does not get worse.
If someone could give me some advice i would be greatful.
