Hello. I'm 32 and have moderate spastic CP. I just found out that I have large fibroid tumors and my Ob-Gyn has reccommended a hysterectomy. Does anyone know of a doctor that specializes in CP that can answer my questions about how my CP will effect the surgery and the aftermath? Hysterectomies can have nasty side effects for even normal women. I'm just wondering if I'm more apt to have problems because of the spasticity. Please email me if you know of a doctor that can give me some info. My ob-gyn doesn't really know much about CP. Any help is appreciated...
