Hi this goes out to susan! I have mild cerbal palsey & i'm thirteen and I know some stuff abuot it! I heard that it is in the brain and instead of the brian telling it do normal stuff it does the oppiste which can causes stifness and slowness. I am very lucky and only have it very mild some people can't notice it. Sometimes like when I run. I wore a brace just and went to therapy but that didn't help and so every morning I try to stretch it helps losen the stiffness
