Our son was 13 when he got a baclofen pump. He was one of the first in our area to receive one. He is very thin. Even the pediatric pump really extended from his abdomen. You could see and feel the tubing around his waist. I can't imagine putting one in someone so little, but I also don't know what you are dealing with now. I do know for those kids that the pump works, it is like a miracle. Ben no longer has the pump in. Unfortunately it was not the answer for us. I wish you well.

: My son just turned 2 years old he has an appt. in December with a neurosurgen to see about the baclofen pump. What is the age most children get this anddoes anyone have a child this young who has had the pump.
