My step-son is 28 years old with cerebal palsy and wears adult pampers. He cannot control his bladder or bowel function. After 25 years and attempts to potty train him; a doctor finally discovered that his bladder did not develop fully and does not have the narrow opening that completes the bladder. Therefore, in our case; which is severe C.P.-he will always be confined to pampers.
