:please contact me regarding chair for 3 year old, I have what is called a kid cart, my grandaughter has c/p and has out grown it, it's in good condition has everything you might need but a tray...it has a stationary base and also a wheelchair base.. but a physical therapist should be able to tell you if this type of chair would work.....e-mail is checked fairly regularly
