she's sexualy abusing your daughter no matter which way you put it...fire her, warn otherst who are using her as a sitter, talk to her parents. THis girl obviously has problems and they need to be addressed before things get out of hand....what she was doing was not normal. Also, she was not breastfeeding your daughter, she has no milk in her breasts and she is not the baby's mother.
