Go to a nearby city, and take your daughter to a competent pediatrician. Have a complete medical history( & story) to tell about her symptoms.
You mention that you have been giving her multi-vitamin supplements. Some of these supplements are available 'without iron' or 'with iron', so make sure she's getting the 'with iron' supplement if you're concerned about the possibility of her having anemia.
The doctor should have ordered basic blood work.
Did he? Saying "it's a virus" and sending her home is something worth suing for if you find out she has something more serious. Time to switch doctors. Even if your doctor is right, he should still be running the basic tests to rule out more serious causes of her symptoms. After all, you say this is something that has been going on with her for quite some time.
Also evaluate her diet and lifestyle on your own. Is she eating protein(consuming meat/poultry), is she eating fruits and vegetables, etc. Is she sleeping through the night(or having sleep problems)?
