My son is 19 months old.He has been circumsized when he was born.Ever since then his penis stays inside.I have brought him to 3 different doctors and they all told me that it is because him is chunky.They said that it is normal,I have never seen any other child or heard of another child like this.I get very concerned,i don't want it ti get infected,and the head of the penis is always like a purple color.He also hits himself down there alot and very hard and it seems like he has no feeling.Please help.
