Weight can make a difference in how a male babies penis looks....if they have a lot of weight in their lower abdomin it can cover their penis. If your not happy with what the previous doctors have said don't hesitate to find another opinion just to make sure everything is ok...especially if his penis is purple. As far as infection goes just make sure he's cleaned up properly at every diaper changing and you get into all the creases when u give him a bath.
