My 6-wk-old just started the Neocate on Tuesday. My doctor told me to call the insurance company and demand a case manager. He will also provide us with a letter of necessity along with the biopsy results of the colon cultures taken to prove it's a formula allergy. Hopefully my insurance company will comply, but I won't hold my breath! The hospital gave me 2 numbers to call for the formula. Here's the info..
