We have a 30 day old baby Girl that gets recurring facial rashes. The rash is hundreds of tiny pimples. This rash only occurs on the face, nowhere else. Appears one day and gone the next with no treatment and we cannot determine a pattern. I am breastfeeding and am considering the possibility of a food I am eating. Any Ideas?
