It could be allergy related. But it could also be heat rash. I'd take the baby to the doctor while she has the rash just to make sure it's nothing to worry about. But rashes on the face are quite common with very young babies
But it's always better to be cautious, so you should give your doctor a call next time you see the rash and try and get her in right away
